 The starting location will be at the covered bridge. The run will start at 9:00am and will follow the Woodland Lake paved path. Each loop is a mile. There will be a 1-hour time limit on the event. Participation is FREE! All ages are welcome.
Fun Run Kit – Price $25. Kits will include race shirt, sunglasses, and a bandana. Adult and child sized shirts available. Pre-order information will be available in June.

The High Mountain Half marathon is the perfect fall race to escape the high temps of the lower elevations and plan a cool, relaxing destination race vacation. It is also a great training race for a fall marathon. The half marathon course is a point to point race where runners will be bused from Blue Ridge High School starting at 4:40 am for a cool, crisp 6:00 am start time. Runners will be surrounded by beautiful cedar and pine trees as they travel down Porter Mountain and into the town of Pinetop/Lakeside finishing up at the Blue Ridge High School track. On Saturday morning there is also a 10K and 5K run. Friday evening highlights are a Glow/Color Run/Walk and Free Kids run.  Snowflake-Taylor Thursday Night In The Park

Apache County Town Hall Concho  Taylor Independence Day Celebrate Independence Day in Taylor, Arizona, on July 3–4, 2026, with two days of patriotic festivities, family fun, and rodeo excitement. Enjoy arts and crafts vendors, food, live country music, cowboy poetry, community events, a pancake breakfast, patriotic program, rodeo competitions, fireworks, and a dance to cap off the celebration. We are back at it! Serving cheese burgers, hamburgers, polish sausages, and hotdogs from 1:00pm to 8:00 pm today!! This evening from 5-8pm there will be a bouncy house for the kids, mini farmers market with homemade goodies and home canned delights! The coffee shop and thrift store will be open from now until their evening at 8pm! Come on out and enjoy a warm spring evening… just don’t blow away! |
